I was recently in Beijing and my colleagues guided me to an amazing culinary experience. Each meal was a blast of flavours, textures and aromas and always, a visual treat.
The phrase 'the more the merrier', works very well in China as everything is shared and you can taste a lot more dishes if you have a big crowd of food lovers along.
